The engaging bar team is led by Elias Yiallouris, with experience from some of the worlds best bars such as Dandelyan, Connaught and The Savoy.
The menu has a firm emphasis on sustainability, with the team getting as close to zero-waste as possible by creating re-purposed ingredients in their onsite lab, featuring modern techniques applied to familiar classics inspired by the New York cocktail scene between 1930 and 1960. It is both extensive and unique, with four distinctive cocktail sections and a wide selection of whiskies.
