The Stratford Hotel Gym is ready to welcome back its wellness aficionados! In this unusual time, we want to assure you that the welfare of our guests and employees is our main priority.  We are operating in line with the World Health Organisation protocols, ensuring The Stratford is kept to the highest possible hygiene standards by taking additional precautions so that you can work out in a clean and safe environment. At present, the gym will be operating with restricted opening hours. Please be advised that we are working to ensure that high-standard hygiene practices and social distancing protocols are employed and followed in our daily operations through:

Increased cleaning and check of supplies across the gym;

A booking system is in operation allowing our guests to reserve their time in the gym;

A maximum of four users will be allowed in the facility at a time;

Our team will ensure the cleanliness of equipment after every session and use; Extra wipes and sanitising spray will be made available to gym users;

Classes are still suspended until further notice.

Also known as flow yoga, flow-style yoga or vinyasa flow.
In dynamic flow yoga, each movement is synchronised to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next without stopping to talk about the finer points of each pose. That way, our guests come away with a good workout as well as a yoga experience. If you’re new to yoga, it is a good idea to take a few classes in a slower style of yoga first to get a feel for the poses.


Our 24-hour gym & wellness center features the latest equipment from Technogym, a private studio for personal training and curated fitness classes such as Pilates, HIIT and Yoga. Or treat yourself to well-being treatments such as a massage.
