We’re delighted to welcome a new culinary addition this spring with the launch of Kokin, a Japanese restaurant by acclaimed chef Daisuke Shimoyama. Open May 2025 on our panoramic seventh floor, Kokin offers a fire-led, omakase-style menu shaped by tradition and seasonality.
Kokin is a new expression of Japanese cuisine: rooted in reverence, guided by the present, and alive with flavour.
