THE VISION & ARCHITECTURE

A NEW ERA FOR LONDON LOFT LIVING

Manhattan Loft Gardens is a structure with a taste for the spectacular. Rooftop gardens carved out of the building’s form. Gravity defying cantilevers. A seven-storey glass atrium piercing the magnificent central lobby. And so much more. By valuing society, legacy and beauty over margins, we enrich the City for decades to come.

Our commitment and courage to do things differently has fostered close creative partnerships with the world’s top architects and designers. Designed by iconic high-rise architects, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Manhattan Loft Gardens is a spectacular double-cantilevered skyscraper. The Loft interiors are designed by LSI Architects, Studio KO and Alexander Gorlin, consisting of a collection of 248 unique single and double-height loft apartments stretching to the 42nd floor, all with rich oak flooring, bespoke furniture and serrated floor-to-ceiling windows – flooding each apartment with natural light and providing panoramic views of the city skyline. There are three rooftop gardens which encourage a vibrant vertical community to take shape, designed by landscape architects, Randle Siddeley

The Lofts’ social spirit filters down to The Stratford, our 145-room design hotel. The interiors are by Space Copenhagen, the design duo behind New York’s 11 Howard and the legendary NOMA. For The Stratford they have fused Scandinavian style with old-world opulence, featuring serene pastel tones, natural timbers and elegant stone bathrooms.

“Picture the perfect 21st century building, what do you see? Impeccable facilities, immaculate service and a great location are all vital. But it needs that unique pulse those famous Manhattan hotels had, like the Carlyle, the Chelsea. A club, meeting place, hotel and home that never treats you like you’re ordinary”
